What to include
- Formula corrections or bug reports: include the tool URL, the inputs you used, the result the calculator returned, and the result you expected. Where possible, link to the source you're citing.
- Accessibility issues: describe the browser, assistive technology, and steps to reproduce. We aim for WCAG 2.1 AA, see our Accessibility Statement for details.
- Privacy / GDPR requests: include "Privacy Request" in the subject line and specify the right you're exercising (access, deletion, correction, portability). See our Privacy Policy for the full list of rights.
- Press, partnership, or business enquiries: include enough context for us to triage. We are a small studio and prioritise messages that are specific.
